Open Position: Security Engineer

Agilis is a consultancy company providing hardware / software support and professional services to its customers from our offices located in İstanbul, İzmir and London. We are working with Amazon Web Services, Cisco, Dell Technologies, IBM, Palo Alto Networks, Symantec, Veritas and Vmware.

We are looking for Security Engineers with the below specifications to work with us in our İstanbul Office.

 

General Attributes;

 Completed military service for male candidates.
 Should live in Anatolian side of Istanbul.

 

Preferably;
 

 Graduated from the undergraduate or associate departments of the Computer, Electronics or related departments of the universities.
 Has at least 2-3 years of experience in security field with IBM Qradar, Symantec Security Products (DLP, SEP, SMG, EDR, etc.) and/or PaloAlto Networks Products (NGFW, Prisma etc.).
 Has installation, configuration and problem resolution expertise for Microsoft server family (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Failover Cluster, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc.)
 Has operational knowledge about Microsoft Exchange Server,
 Expertise for Virtualization solutions (Vmware, Hyper-V)
 Has knowledge for Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS...).
 Knowledge about TCP/IP, Network, LAN, WAN
 Has certificates for the field (MCSA, CCNA, VCP. etc)
 Has a B Class driving certificate and able to actively drive

 

Job Description;
 

 Meeting and responding to the requests from existing customers.
 Following the tickets received from Service Desk system.
 Answering the support requests received via phone and record them to the Service Desk system.
 Following the resolution processes and reporting the completed works to the customers in full.
 Providing support for the products on customer site or via remote connection within the agreement scope.
 Provide R&D approach for existing and new products to work under different scenarios. Fullfillment of the tasks assigned through Projects.
