How to fix vSphere 6.5 Adobe Flash Plugin Crash Issue

As you all know after Vcenter Server 6.5  we can only use Vsphere Web Client to manage our Virtual Environment (Not Counting HTML5 web client because of limited functionality).

With the latest Adobe Flash Player Plugin, we all have encountered Shockwave Crashes and most of the users needed/forced to use HTML5 web client for daily tasks.Sadly, Vmware announced that this is a known issue and there is no solution for at the moment.
